• Hand-drawn on a white rectangular sheet of printer paper 
• No trademarked characters
• 8.5 x 11 inches in size 
• Portrait style 
• Student created
• Include this year’s Level Up Next Gen. theme and/or the HLP

To be considered in the contest, all guidelines must be followed.
All cover designs are due to Ms. Malzahn by Friday, October 2nd.
